We vet our tutors with the following criteria:
- The candidate must demonstrate his/her successful tutoring skills by giving a mock one-on-one tutoring lesson to the company director.
- The candidate must score highly on rigorous written examination/s in his field/s of specialization.
- The candidate must supply three excellent references who can attest to the tutor’s ability to tutor in their subject/s area/s and work with kids.
- The candidate must have graduated from a top-notch college or university with a high GPA.
- The candidate must exude enthusiasm, intelligence, and warmth.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of helping students succeed in school.
Criminal Background Check
All tutors must pass a criminal background check before given an assignment.
All tutors are professionals who are outstanding creative thinkers. In the face-to-face interview, the tutor must demonstrate a strong ability to relate to students, exhibit patience, and exude enthusiasm. The tutor must also be extremely intelligent and articulate, very mature, and personable. In sum, our tutors are the cream of the crop!
